CHOC Gourmet Non-Stick Pan
The CHOC Gourmet line of non-stick pans is made of ¼” thick cast aluminum and has a reinforced edge. It has a finely grooved bottom to ensure perfect flatness and even heat distribution. It has a stay-cool, curved stainless steel handle affixed with triple rivets. The non-stick coating is a composite of PTFE, titanium and platinum. It has exceptional resistance to abrasion and mechanical friction. An excellent choice in non-stick cookware.
